Iti poti procura fierul:&lt;br /&gt;- sub forma heminica: din carne rosie si sangerete, in special, dar si din maruntaie, ficat si plamani. Se regaseste si in carnea alba, peste, fructe de mare si oua.&lt;br /&gt;- sub forma nonheminica: din legumele proaspete si uscate. Contrar credintei larg raspandite, spanacul nu contine prea mult fier.&lt;br /&gt;Fierul prezent in carne este de doua ori mai usor de asimilat decat fierul din &lt;a target="_blank" href="http://www.greutateata.ro/" class="bbt_w"&gt;produsele herbalife&lt;/a&gt;  vegetale. Totusi el este mai bine absorbit de organism daca este asociat, in timpul aceleiasi mese, cu fierul de origine animala si cu alimente bogate in vitamina C: cruditati, fructe, ierburi aromatice, patrunjel, hasmatuchi sau tarhon.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.greutateata.ro/"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cure de slabire&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nu este bine sa bei ceai in timp ce mananci. Pentru a evita sa luam in greutate trebuie sa ne hranim cat mai sanatos.&lt;br /&gt;Sucurile carbogazoase trebuie evitate. Motivul: 500 ml de suc inseamna un aport de 50 grame de zahar, echivalentul a cel putin 10 lingurite de zahar. Desi vara suntem tentati sa consumam mai mult alcool, trebuie sa o facem cu moderatie. Bauturile alcoolice stimuleaza apetitul. Un gram de alcool contine sapte calorii. In anotimpul calduros ne putem racori cu apa plata sau ceai neindulcit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.greutateata.ro/"&gt;Mai putina bere pentru a putea slabi&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vara, trebuie sa ne ferim de prajeli, cum ar fi hamsiile sau snitelul de pui. Grasimea din prajeli se "teleporteaza" direct pe talie. Putem inlocui alimentele prajite cu piept de pui la gratar sau fiert, peste slab, legume proaspete. Salatele de legume pot fi preparate cu 1-2 linguri de ulei de masline si otet.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lactatele, precum smantana, branza topita si cascavalul, au multe calorii. Putem consuma in schimb lapte degresat si branza dulce de vaci degresata. Dulciurile, cum ar fi ciocolata si inghetata, sunt alti dusmani ai siluetei. Ne putem satisface pofta de dulce cu fructe proaspete.&lt;br /&gt;Atentie la fructe!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Fructele trebuie consumate separat, la distanta de cel putin o ora de orice alta masa. Ar trebui sa mancam cam 500 de grame de fructe pe zi. O cantitate mai mare ingrasa, iar una prea mica reduce aportul de vitamine si minerale. Daca dorim neaparat sa mancam fructe la masa, este de preferat un fruct inainte cu 10-30 minute.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ciorbele, ok!&lt;br /&gt;Pranz Ciorbele sunt recomandate a se consuma la masa de pranz, fara a fi urmate de alte feluri de mancare.
